Annals of Coloproctology (Ann Coloproctol, ACP) is the official journal of the Korean Society of Coloproctology (KSCP), the Asia Pacific Federation of Coloproctology (APFCP), and the Unitary Italian Society of Colon-Proctology-ETS (SIUCP-ETS). Established in 1985, ACP became the official journal of APFCP in 2019 and was designated as the official journal of SIUCP-ETS in 2024. The title was changed from journal of the Korean Society of Coloproctology (J Korean Soc Coloproctol) to Annals of Coloproctology (Ann Coloproctol) in 2013. ACP is published bimonthly on the last day of February, April, June, August, October, and December, each year. Additional supplementary or special issues may also be published when necessary. All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review.

ACP publishes original articles, reviews, case reports, technical notes, brief communications, guidelines, editorials, letters to the editor, and videos related to the field of coloproctology. All submitted manuscripts must be original and should not contain previously published material or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
